Teething Biscuit by Dako Ng


Mix formula milk powder + plain flour, ratio 1:1 with water, rest the dough for half an hour, shape it and bake it. (Used toaster oven for 10 mins, adjust according to the thickness and shape).

You may add butter, vco, egg or a little bit of icing sugar.

Puree Ideas for Young Babies

Sweet Pea Puree

Red Sauce
Stir fry 2 big red onions (sliced), one carrot, and three big ripe tomatoes till onions caramelised and tomatoes soften or melt, add in chicken, fry chicken for a while, pour in water and after water is boiled, cook for about 1 hour on low fire. Blend the veges and soup to become thick sauce and pour into containers to freeze. Use this to cook porridge, pasta, mee suah, rice, soups with other ingredients.

Baked Chicken with Vegie in Orange & Apple Sauce by Maureen Fletcher


Bake the chicken breast (marinated with pepper and oregano flakes) in orange juice (from 1 orange) and a dollop of butter until the meat turn opaque. Stir fry the carrots, parsnip and broccoli in a dollop of butter and add in the chicken together with the gravy and stir fry for a while. Close the lid for about 10 minutes and add in a pureed peeled apple (Blended it earlier on) lastly. 

Close the fire and use a fork to mash it. You can mash it coarser or finer depending in your LOs preference.

Teething Biscuits by Quinoa Millet


Ingredients:
Mashed banana, prune puree, 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil, grinded oatmeal and wheatgerm.

Method:
Bake at 180 degree celcius for 15 mins.

Teething Biscuit by Quinoa Millet


Ingredients:
1 cup brown rice flour
1 cup wheat flour (soaked overnight with 1 cup water and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar)
1/2 cup apple puree
2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
2 tsp cinnamon

Method:
Mix all, roll out dough, cut into shapes, bake 220C for 30 mins.

Cod Fish with Potatoes & Carrots in Orange Juice by Maureen Fletcher

Cod fish with potatoes and carrots with orange juice for my 10 month old. I used a fork to mash them up and baked the fish with orange juice and a dollop of butter. Instead of blending it, I made the texture lumpy.
